Your menu sounds great. Don't forget your carb at lunch I would also not overlook having my egg in the morning it is a boost to your mood and then for lunch you could just have egg whites on my salad sufficient enough for your protein count 2 egg whites to one extra lean protein. I use Ranch dressing or blue cheese and just count it as a fat but remembering the portion about 1 Tablespoon. Any vinegar dressing would also work just beware of carbs and sugar stay as low as possible and instead of pouring on the dressing stick the tip of your fork in the dressing before picking up a bite of salad you will use alot less.

Breakfast - Cereal w/ blueberries, milk & flax seed
Snack - Smoothie w/ milk, protein powder & frozen strawberries
Lunch - Salad with chopped hard boiled egg, sesame seeds, and garbanzo beans
Snack - Cottage cheese & peaches. V-8 juice
Dinner - Sandwich with whole wheat bread, turkey pastrami & mustard Salad or frozen vegtables
I could use some advise or recommendations on salad dressings
