I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Julie. I have had the book for a while but I am a great procrastinator so hadn't tried it till now. I hope to find mentors in the group who can help me on my way.
I'm trying to come up with a menu for the next week. Please let me know what you think.
Breakfast - Cereal w/ blueberries, milk & flax seed Snack - Smoothie w/ milk, protein powder & frozen strawberries Lunch - Salad with chopped hard boiled egg, sesame seeds, and garbanzo beans Snack - Cottage cheese & peaches. V-8 juice Dinner - Sandwich with whole wheat bread, turkey pastrami & mustard Salad or frozen vegtables
