> Hi Newbie-
I am still here I have just been so busy these last many months I have not
had time to even read the emails. Things are slowing down with kids out of
school which will play havoc with your mood. I have been on the diet now
for about a year and a half I have totally lost 100 lbs but got pregnant
in october. Except for 2 months off the diet with sickness I have stayed
on the diet and have only gained 10 lbs in the last 33 wks. with just 5 or
6 weeks to go I am sticking to it. My previous pregnancies I struggled
with dipression and I am Happy to say I have had no problems at all when
sticking to the diet. I still have 100 lbs to go and will stick to this
diet. I made it my lifestyle so it really doesn't feel like dieting. I
hope you all find success in the good mood diet.
All Smiles,
Amy
Hi -- I have been following the good mood diet from day to day. I feel
> more energetic and have a positive outlook.
> The purpose of my dieting is to gain energy and work toward a positive
> mood every day. I find that the mini meals and snacks help with both
> energy and mood.
> The positive thing about the diet is that you can follow it as little
> as having an egg a day, protein shake and cocoa before bedtime.
> Good Luck!! > ~wr
