Hi -- I have been following the good mood diet from day to day. I feel
more energetic and have a positive outlook.
The purpose of my dieting is to gain energy and work toward a positive
mood every day. I find that the mini meals and snacks help with both
energy and mood.
The positive thing about the diet is that you can follow it as little
as having an egg a day, protein shake and cocoa before bedtime.
