Hi i'm new, doing research on the good mood diet and have some
questions as i am a first time dieter. i am also a vegetarian to
further complicate things, but the diet seems to be veg friendly,
unlike the atkins and others.
the primary purpose of my dieting is to get into shape and increase my
bodies natural endorphin production. i also have about 20lbs to loose.
i am a ridiculously busy working mom and church volunteer. Basically, i
never cook or eat at home so i am looking for a fast and easy diet that
doesn't put a strain on my budget with a ton of prepackaged foods.
so are you gonna make the cut?
the most recent post on the board is over a month old so is this group
still alive?
