I just use four egg whites a slice of fat free slice cheese onions and bell pepper. It is great. I really just made up the things that I eat with what you have listed for each meal from some of my favorite foods. I have found that I really just stick to basic foods, protein, carb, veggie, fruit and fat I don't use any recipes. Because I could not fit all the sauces I use to eat into the diet so now I just use spices instead. You get use to it and don't really miss all the high fat sauces and casseroles. I find other things that give me the same taste. Instead of Fried Chicken I just bake my chicken breast with all different kinds of spices on it.

Hi - I am on the 3rd day of the GMD. Some of the options are not
detailed in the diet so i was hoping someone could help. I have
