I know what you mean about trying to get the combinations down. I ran
out of milk for a day and am home sick with bronchitis I really
missed my protein drink, and some mornings I just don't feel like
eating all that is listed even though I know I should, it's better
when I'm at work because I may eat some before I leave for work and
then the rest after I get there, but sometimes I get busy and forget
the snacks. So I still have a ways to go to get the combining right
and like you I think I need to work on that and then the portions,
although I really don't have a hard time with portions except when
I'm home at night or on the weekends. So how are you doing this week?
I'm glad your sticking to this site, I just visited my facebook site
and there hasn't been anything posted in two weeks. I'm going to just
stick to this site, I can ignore the junk.
