Thank you all for the good smoothie advice, I guess the main thing is
to add the types of food not necessarily the same as stated in the
book, like any fruit instead of the mango and substitute for the tofu
with another of the same group. I thought that was okay but I wasn't
sure what to substitute for the tofu, I think the banana and cocoa
powder sounds good. Oh by the way even though my family was staying
with me over the holidays and it was crazy around here all week I
still lost a pound and stayed less stressed then usual. I have to get
back to sticking to the menu again though now that they're gone.
