It's nice to see that someone is sticking around here. I'm new too and
I've had a hard time figuring out where to go. I guess there was a
problem with spam here. I've been trying to follow the GMD for about a
week and even though I haven't been perfect, I have learned that if I
don't combine the food groups for snacks or even meals I don't feel as
good - get tired and headachy. This week I'm going to concentrate on
getting the combining right and then work on portion sizes.
