So I have read the GMD book cover to cover, but do have questions.
First, must I count calories? If I am going to make this a lifetime
thing, I do not want to have to count calories for the rest of my life.
Second, must I follow the food template in the book in order to lose
weight, or can I be successful building my meals primarily from the
Feel Great list, and avoiding foods in the Feel Bad list (other than
very special occasions)?
