I didnt really have any stumbling blocks when I did it for a month or
so back in May, the only issue I was having is I was waking up late so
it was hard to make sure I got every snack and every meal in at a
decent time. I'm still getting up late but I am working on changing
that. I loved and still love the fact that this diet changed me from
day one, Im more pleasant to be around and more happy. I never knew
that just by eating different things could change the way you feel. So
far after 3 days I'm feeling great.
