Hi, I'm new. I just finished reading the book and I'm ready to start. I
lose 70 lbs with WW in 2004 and gained 60 lbs back. And I have tried WW
again but I can't do it anymore. I always fall back into cheating
(after 2 days at the most). I also suffer from depression and fatigue,
and I'm thinking the GMD might help with that. But I'm worried that I'm
just too fat for the GMD... from the book I get the feeling only people
who need to lose 10 lbs or so can do it. 1600 kcal seem so many, after
all the other diets I have done. Any input is highly appreciated. Oh,
here are my stats: I'm 39, female, 5'9", work out at Curves 3x a week
and love chocolate.
