Hi,

I picked the GMD book up from the library about 3 weeks ago and just
had to renew my checkout. My clothes are definitely fitting looser
already! I was wondering if anyone has started a GMD club and have any
tips on how to get one up and going. I saw the downloads on the book's
main website, but I was wondering how you've found other people in your
area to get a group started, or have you mainly gone it alone.
