I think you can get the whole Whey protein from Walmart, I did get mine from GNC though.

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to say "Hi" and that I am just starting on the Good Mood
Diet. I have skimmed through the book and think I am finally ready to
commit to losing weight and feeling better. I still need to get some
Whey powder for the smoothies. Has anyone bought from GNC? Most of my
shopping is done at grocery and drug stores. Should I be going to a
Health Food Store for this kind of powder?
Any tips would be welcome,

Hi Kathy, I have bought the Whey powder from Whole Foods and I know that Trader Joe's has it also. You just have to look around, but I'm sure the health food...
