I know some people are sensitive to constructive criticism, while
others need a verbal lashing, but overall I feel that each and every
person should be able to find motivation when they look in the
mirror. Whether you are doing one-on-one training or not, each of
you are investing a lot of time and money in your body.

If you were to buy a new car for $10,000, $20,000, $50,000, etc.
Would you take care of it inside and out or would you jump into it
dirty and ruin the interior? Would you jump on the interstate
driving in the wrong direction, just to see how far you could get
before a catastrophe happens?

I don't think you would, so why would you do it to your body?
