TRAINING:
July has been a month of vacation for many. I hope that you have all
enjoyed your time off and are getting ready to get back into gear for
the work, school or routine season, since it is right around the
corner. This month we had someone drop from 191 pounds to 176.5 as
the top female weight loss and top male has dropped from 204 to 186!
They have both continued to work hard on improving their nutrition,
lifestyles and workouts and will continue to reach towards their
goals.

SUPPLEMENTS:

Many times I hear people comment "I don't understand why I am not
seeing faster progress." I am a firm believer that progress is paid-
back in results. There are those who work hard and see a difference
in their body and there are those who make excuses. Whether it is
not writing down what you are honestly eating or lying about the 2
mile walk or jog that you didn't take, you are not being honest with
yourself. Your body is not like your hourly or salary job! You
can't just act like you are working on it and reap the benefits of a
payday!
