This Wednesday will be February ALREADY! Well, for some the New
Years Resolutions are going strong, others continue living their
healthy lifestyle for another year & and the other 60% of America
has fallen back into their year of "laziness." For those who have
continued to live their healthy lifestyle, CONGRATULATIONS! In
helping yourself, you have helped many others in the process of
reducing health-care cost for yourself and others. For others who
have just changed their lifestyle this year and/or are fad
exercisers, this is a BIG month for you. By continuing your new
lifestyle this month, you will be 17% through 1 year of exercising
and closing in on the 33% that experts claim predicts a complete
change in lifestyle!
Hopefully everyone has worked their way up to 3 workout days per
week and are seeing bodily and mental changes. If you haven't been
able to get a consistent workout schedule down, but are sincere
about doing so, try to get some extra body-weight exercises in at
home. While you are watching TV at night, folding laundry, waiting
on the kids, etc. Get some extra sets of push-ups, crunches or leg
raises in or if you show up early to pick the kids up from school,
take a 5 min jog or more instead of just sitting in the car or
