I have had many people in the past, present and I am sure that I will
hear again in the future that they are stressed about eating more (to
gain mass), eating less (to lose weight), finding time to workout,
etc. I am hoping that most people find that fitness is not only a way
of life, but also a state of mind. If you find yourself not being
accountable for your actions, lying to someone or yourself when asked
about your routine of working out or eating, then you are not living a
healthy lifesyle. Deep down you are stressed out and uncomfortable
with the way that you live and knowing that you are not being a
healthy individual, you lie to others to avoid receiving guidance
toward the right direction. It is okay to have an off day, where you
miss a meal, miss a workout, have a junk snack, etc. It is up to you
to decide on your own that this is a "one time" deal. I won't let
myself do this again. However, if you find yourself going days, weeks
or even months of saying to yourself, "I will stop doing this
tomorrow," "Next week I will get started," etc, you are decreasing
your chances of changing how you live, because you are developing a
BAD HABIT.
