I've been using creatine since I started lifting "seriously" 2 years
ago. I stopped using it for two months to see if it was effecting my
performance in the gym. The most noticable result was less explosive
power on my big lifts, i.e. squats, rows, and presses. I feel like it
is more of a fuel for bigger lifts (which = more mass) than a mass
builder in itself.
