Putting Workouts Off:
Right now it is anywhere from -20 to 20 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and
there is not much ambition for those who will want to look their best
for swimwear season. Now is the time to give yourself a 12-week
period to look your best! If you decide to wait until March, April
or (like many) May, you will find yourself avoiding the pool, beach
volleyball and other events that require swimwear or less clothing.
Why not use this time to be strict with your workouts and food?
There is not much to do outside and there are not any "sloppy
Holiday's" for the next 3 months! This should give you plenty of
time to avoid excuses and get your summer body tuned up just in time
for summer to be here!
