it doesn't necessarily mean we are closed unless it says "(closed)"
next to it. I know it is extremely advance notice, but I will not be

Fun or Fitness?
I had a past client of mine come in and tell me that his wife saw
some of my blogs/thoughts and she commented to him that I seemed like
a "hard-ass." He told me that he explained to her that I "call a
spade a spade" and how she needed to understand that her perception
is wrong from the outside looking in.
There is no way to candy-coat the fact that someone needs to make a
lifestyle change to see results. Many people think they can just
show up to the gym, go through the motions a couple days per week and
see results. While this may be true for the once sedentary person
for the first 4-6 weeks, they will find it will quickly catch up with
them. They will either hit a plateau or start heading back in the
other direction.
