TRAINING:

I have had many ask about savings on Training. I want to remind all
of you for each referral you send in, you will receive a free
training session for each 6-weeks they sign up for (2 for 12 weeks, 3
for 18 weeks). This will help you bring down your average cost per
training session. In November, I had one female drop 7 pounds from
179-172 and had one male gain 1 lb. of lean mass, while another
dropped an additional 7 lbs from 220-213!



SUPPLEMENTS:
I am told by most companies that Ephedra products may not be around
much longer because the supply of raw material is nowhere near

Finding a Legitimate Trainer:



Many of you have found me because you have done the research. Some
can not work with me because their schedule is not flexible to meet
during the limited times I have available. I want to reiterate how
important it is to do research on people who train anywhere. Through
my own investigation, I have found out of 13 trainers I have
researched at local gyms, country clubs and private training studio's
only 2 and I mean TWO have legitimate training certifications. This
does not mean they have a college degree, let alone a college degree
in exercise and sport science. This means, they are blatantly lying
about having a training certification they don't have! I have added
links in the blog section of the website to allow you to look-up and
track trainers claim at your local gym. I am always interested to
hear about your findings!
