TRAINING:
In September, I had one female drop 8pounds from 143-135 and had one
male gain 8 lbs. of lean mass, while another dropped an additional 10
lbs from 235-225! My personal training goals are to put on
weight/size over the fall/winter and get ready for the spring cut-
down. I am currently at 184.5!

SUPPLEMENTS:
I have received both Blu Impact and Phenterdrene with Ephedrine &
Alkaloids. I have officially sold out of Thermo Ignite! This
product is no longer being made and I have started to carry Blu
Impact as a replacement of Thermo Ignite! I am told by most
companies that Ephedra products may not be around much longer because

Thought of the Month:

I have had some people ask if I was ever going to have an
open "seminar" to answer general questions about training, nutrition,
education and business questions. I am sending this out to see how
many people would be interested in a seminar of such and on what day
(s) & time(s) people would find to be most convenient. I would open
it to everyone, including non-clients (so you could bring a friend)
and it would be a $5 fee and would be limited to 20 people due to
space. I would make this as hands-on as you would like with using
equipment and demonstrating different techniques that may be used in
both fitness and athletics. If you could let me know, I will
schedule within the next month-2 months depending on interest!
