TRAINING:
In July, I had one female drop 4 pounds from 129-125 and had one male
gain 8lbs. of lean mass, while another dropped an additional 5 lbs
from 183-178! My personal training goals have included cutting 4lbs
since last month! Now that most people are getting their kids back
to school and are getting back into the school year grind, I am
hoping some become more consistent with their training.

SUPPLEMENTS:

Counteracting supplements and habits:

I know some people see negative responses to their bad habits in
their appearance, while they think that others are "gifted" or "have
good genetics." Even though some of these people will not see
negative side affects in their appearance, they will over time see
negative affects on their body internally. Many athletes and retired
athletes are seeing kidney and liver problems from combining excess
alcohol consumption and with their supplementation. With
bodybuilders, this stems from testosterone products and alcohol,
while other athletes combine products like Creatine with alcohol. I
have many people and heard government reports that point the finger
at the supplements, when the real problem is the alcohol.
