I am currently working on a new look to GoldenTrainer.com and will
have updated products, pages and nutrition fact pages up ASAP!
Please be patient and if you have specific questions, please feel
free to email admin@...! GoldenTrainer Performance
will be closed Friday June 8th. If you need any supplements or have
questions, please stop in or contact me before hand, since I will not
be available that day! If you would like to know what days
GoldenTrainer will be closed, go to:

calendar that is available. If there is an event going on that day,
it doesn't necessarily mean we are closed unless it says "(closed)"

TRAINING:

In May, I had one female drop 8 pounds from 151-143 and had one male
gain 4lbs. of lean mass, while another dropped an additional 6 lbs
from 221-215! These people along with others are headed in the right
direction with summer right around the corner! My personal training
goals have included adding 10lbs of lean mass since this time last
year! I have added photos to the website (just taken on Memorial Day

continue to update this, because many of you who I work with have
told me you find it to be motivational to see results in me!


SUPPLEMENTS:

Thought of the Month:



I have seen a trend of people who stop working out because they
are "stressed", "busy", etc. I know this is an easy excuse that I
have never personally taken advantage of in my life and don't
recommend it to anyone else! It is times like this that people need
fitness in their life to reduce stress, increase heart health and a
healthy way of relieving stress through weight training!



I hope the trend heads in the other direction, but people are losing
results they have worked really hard for because they
are "stressed." And after taking 2 steps forward it does not make
sense to take 10 steps back!
