Everyone seems to be start feeling the pinch of warm weather coming
on and getting back from their dreaded vacation, that came so fast,

Thought of the Month:
Questioning whether someone is "cheating":
I have had people question people that I work with on a weekly
basis. Some question if people putting size on are using steroids,
while others question if some who lose weight are anorexic or
bulimic.
Many people respond to exercise and fitness in different ways. I
have people who follow their program 100% and see 100% of the results
they expect, while others follow their program (knowingly) 60% and
say they are following 100% and see results as if they are following
60%. If someone is not following their program at 100% and it makes
them feel better to question someone else's results, they should keep
it to themselves. If someone is doing extra-curricular things to
help speed up their results, then it will be extremely apparent. In
the case that someone is passing up a piece of cake, an extra cookie
or (to gain weight) eating the extra lean calories needed to put size
on, they will see the rapid results!
