GENERAL:
2007 is underway! Congratulations to all of those who have vowed to
improve their health and lifestyle during the year. I am hoping this
will lead to a better lifestyle and not just another resolution.
We are also still looking for a qualified female to begin training at

accredited institution and have a National or International

TRAINING:
Most people have come back from taking two or more weeks off and have
experienced increased weight and fat. Hopefully this is the
motivation that everyone will need to get going!

SUPPLEMENTS:
We were informed by Bio-Core that they will be shutting down in the
next month or two, so we are depleting our inventory and will be
taking their products completely off our site when they are gone. We
apologize to those who have enjoyed their products, but this is
obviously an issue outside of GoldenTrainer Performance. Optimum
Nutrition has released a 180 count bottle of the Opti-Men
Multivitamin for only $3 more than the 120 count. We have not heard
if they will do the same for the women's, but assume they will
eventually. Gaspari Nutrition is releasing a product called
PlasmaJet! PlasmaJet is a long acting Vasodilar that will increase
blood flow, oxygen and nutrient transportation to the muscles. This
will increase muscular contraction, endurance, and growth
substantially. It only needs to be taken every 2nd or 3rd day for
full effectiveness. This ensures your body does not build up a
tolerance to the formula, as is the case with normal nitric oxide
products. Plasmajet also contains a number of co-factors needed to
insure a maximal vasodilatory response to Arginine that many products
on the market do not incorporate into their formulas.

Coughing:

I had someone take offense to me asking them to wash their hands
after coughing into their hand, then using disinfectant spray to wipe
down the area they just touched.

Whether you are in a workout area, public area or around your family
at home, please show respect to the others around you and cough into
your sleeve. Nobody I know can afford to get sick for many reasons
and the last thing I want is to have an area that is responsible for
people getting ill and setting back their progress, goals and overall
health!
