It is hard to believe, but on January 15, 2007, GoldenTrainer
Performance will have officially been open for 2 years! Boy, how
time has flown. Thank You to all of your support and friendships,
there is no way that we could ever repay you!

It is time to start thinking of what your body transformation goal

TRAINING:
Hopefully everyone will continue to work hard through the entire year
of 2007 and avoid making "resolution" goals that only last a couple
months! Our top male weight loss for the month is 4 lbs! Our top
female weight loss for the month is 12 lbs! With the Holidays
coming, it is only going to get more difficult to overcome
temptation. I hope you all had a Great Thanksgiving and remember
that Christmas is only a few weeks away, so it is time to kick it up
a notch, before another bad food escapade!

Thought of the Month:
(1st of the year)

Over the past 2 months, I have heard the response of "I want to get
started, but I will wait until after the 1st of the year." Ummm…..
How confusing is that to me? Well, what I hear is, "let me eat to
gain another 5-20 pounds over the next couple months and then I might
be motivated to get started."

Well, the first of the year is here! As usual, we will probably see
about 10% of those people return, while the other 90% use the same
excuse through 2007. I hope that I am proven wrong! If you think in
the means of years, most people begin using this excuse around the
age of 24-26 and continue to use it until they find themselves in
their late 30's! By this time, the destruction of metabolism,
stretching of skin, pounding of the heart, have all created problems
that can be lessened, but never reversed.

It is never too late to get started, but why not today?
