Happy Thanksgiving time to everyone,

During this time of year, many people start asking about what is
acceptable and what is not so they don't fell like they are missing
out on what everyone else is eating. As always, MODERATION is the
key. Make sure on Thanksgiving Day you don't skip breakfast. Eat
your regular breakfast and eat every 2-4 hours like you normally
would with the thought of moderation when it comes time to eat the
BIG meal. You can even have your pie after your meal, just make
sure that you stick to ONE PIECE and that you eat it 2-4 hours after
you had your MODERATE meal. When following these rules, I have
found that most of you will still fall within your calorie intake or
go slightly over. For those who skip meals and gorge, have a
tendency to eat 800+ more calories than your meal plan allows.

Exercising for the Holidays:

You have to decide what your priorities are as an individual. Many
people give excuses that they don't have time, equipment or had to
travel. Even if you are unable to do your training or workouts, it
is pretty simple to take 30 minutes before bed and alternate between
push-ups and sit-ups at worse. Or if you/your relatives have an
empty milk or water jug laying around, fill it with water and do any
exercise you would do with your regular dumbbell workouts.

GOOD LUCK DURING THIS TIME OF YEAR AND IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER
QUESTIONS PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
