Hello, Our group is interested in the real traditional Ginger Beer Plant.

The Ginger Beer Plant is a symbiotic culture consisting of a yeast (Saccharomyces pyriformis) and a bacteria species (Brevibacterium vermiforme) living together in a mutually cooperative fashion.

There are many recipes on the internet for a ginger beer starter but the original culture for making ginger beer was this unique Ginger Beer Plant and it cannot be made.
