Hi Shirley,

Thanks for asking about me. I am finding things very difficult at
timess, especially dealing with Dad's death. I would like to say
that i am not gambling, but that is not true. However, Linda has
been very helpful and i think i will get my act together soon. i
have made some agreements with myself.

I am glad that you are recovering well from the surgery and that you
are sounding chirpy. i love flowers so it was good to hear how well
your garden is going. The gym bit sounds impressive too.
