Just thought I would mention that Lion's Choice now has allergen info. on their
nutrition menu! This is one of the restaurants I have been "bothering" for the
past few years and after many emails back and forth they finally hired a company
to analyze their food and label their nutrition guide with the major allergens.
It was an interesting experience - I was even a help with the design of the new
nutrition chart! Their graphic artist wanted to use dots of different colors to
denote the allergens but they had a few that were various shades of brown!!! I
pointed out to them that it very difficult to read and doesn't help someone at
all who has a black and white printer and wants to print out the menu. Then
they were going to use #s. I suggested the letters (i.e. M = Milk, P = Peanuts)
and they apparently took my advice! One more restaurant we can go to as a
family! Yay!
