Ok, I like to make muffins out of the yellow cake mix. If you simply
add blueberries or safe-for-you chocolate chips and then bake them like
you would cupcakes (with muffin cups or without). I like to use those
mini-muffin pans. They are the perfect size for kids. (Be sure to
grease the pans well if not using cups.) I find that you have to bake
them longer when you do blueberry but that may just be my oven?!?
I also have a yummy recipe for cinnamon rolls that doesn't require milk
or eggs.
As far as the sugar cookies, I like to roll them into balls and then
dip them in raw sugar to add more flavor. Also, be sure to flatten them
because they like to rise like muffins rather than spread out like
cookies. They are still not super sweet but my kids like them.
