American Airlines - Experience w/Peanut Allergies?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1036 of 1397 |
We've booked a flight to Florida (to Disney) on American, and this will
be our first flying with our son who has PN & TN allergies. We did
research the airlines and are taking nonstop flights that are the first
of the day, but all anyone at American would do would read their policy
to us. They said that we could talk to a flight coordinator a couple
weeks prior to the flight to make any special arrangements.

Does anyone have any advice about flying on American or flying with
allergies in general? Any is appreciated.
Thanks,
Lori T.

You can request a peanut free flight. This means that they will serve pretzels instead of peanuts. But no guarantees that the plane itself is peanut free....
