I know this is late this wk. But we start @ 10.
Also, we are the first ones to bring Angel Food Ministries to Evansville so there is the opportunity each month for the whole family to help with that and bless the community!

Subject: [GastricBypassVanderburghIN] church info
Okay, help me out here. My family has been trying different churches. We all like a different one that we have tried. We went to
So now it is Sunday morning and I don’t know where to go. My husband wants something smaller and personal, where people talk to you and shake your hand. I want that too, to feel included and accepted. Can’t get that at big churches where when you are new no one knows it because there are so many people they don’t know there anyway. Plus with a big church the preaching tends to be so general and “soften” , I assume to not scare any one new away. The kids classes have to be fun and have at least one person willing to talk directly to my son about fishing or something he likes to get him comfortable. Change is not always easy for him. My daughter who is 6, is not real picky but my daughter who is 14 really needs some place that is not cliquey and has a fun class; and if a message can get her to stop doodling on her program that would be good too. For me I just want to feel wanted there, sing some upbeat songs and hear a straight-on message that makes me think about my life and makes me take a lot of notes. (I’m a note-taker type).
So this is a big order, I know. Anyone here have any suggestions? I didn’t mention a denomination because that does not always describe the church.
