The Dr. at Vanderbilt said the worse it looked (the irritation) the better it would be.  I have Medicare and was told last yr. I had to prove it was a medical necessity for them to pay.  Don't know if things have changed this yr.  Of course it is cosmetic but how could it not be a medical necessity when you have a 12 inch apron hanging in front.
