Hope everyone is doing good. I am except for problems with my bowels
which I have

always had this problem, it seems to bother me more now since my
surgery. I have to

watch and keep track of my bowel movements or I will have severe stomach
pain and

terrible gas.

Does anyone else have this problem and what has worked for you.
