I didn’t have any soda the first
year. Then after that I will shake them up if in a bottle to get the fizz
out. Or I use a 2 liter, they go flat pretty fast. I can’t
drink one that has just been opened. My son’s daughter makes fun of
me because I will drink a diet pepsi that I got from Taco Bell the next
day. It’s better that way for me, lol. It’s a little
watered down and not fizzy. Just right for me!
I probably shouldn’t drink them just
so I will make myself drink more water. I use to drink the crystal light
packets in bottled water, but I stopped buying the bottled water. I
do have some big Tupperware tumblers I use that I can mix it up in.
No, I’m not lifting little
ones. I vowed to only watch kids that can put them self in the van.
So they are all 6 years old or older. The doctor gave me two meds and
shot in the behind today. (Maybe that was my kick. lol)
Oh man, I just snacked on a sugar free mini
lemon poppy seed muffin. Darn this is hard. I will do this better tonight.
I gave the kids snack and it just happened.

[GastricBypassVanderburghIN] Your Product?
You can drink sodas? They told us we can never have soft drinks
again because of the carbonation and expanding the pouch, or something like
that. Anyway, I'm afraid to try one, just in case. Are you still
having to keep your protein levels up? Sometimes I am so tired of meat,
all I want is a plate of veggies. But I make myself eat my protein then
veggies if I'm not too full. You're lucky(?) you still don't have to
count calories. I found out in the very beginning if I went over 700
calories, I didn't lose. Some days I have an "I don't care"
attitude, I'll eat what I want. But the next day, I'm back on course.
Are you having pain in your shoulder? You're not babysitting
little ones that have to be lifted, are you? That would be tough.
Hubby & I have decided to go walking along the levee and along

put downs.
