RE: [GastricBypassVanderburghIN] Your Product?

I feel like now that I am over a year out, almost 2 and I can eat almost anything, it is hard to think I need to go back on shakes.  Some days I wish I could have this done again to get me back to the beginning again.  Yes, I would go through the pain again to keep from gaining weight back.  But as far as a day to day to day thing, I have a hard time with control.  Esp in the evening and sometimes in the morning I think if I start eating, I can’t stop.  And I try to tell myself that eating or certain foods are not worth it but then I have to eat it anyway.  It’s the same cycle as before I lost the weight.  I really want to stop this before it gets out of hand.

I do think the journaling helps, I saw on GMA yesterday a man who lost over 100 pounds just by journaling for over a year.  That’s called disciple, of which, I seem to have none!

There are 2 products--MaxGXL and MaxWLX. Neither is a protein nor a powder GXL is explained on the website. Click on PRODUCTS at the top of the homepage. On the products page you will see both products listed. Also on the homepage you can click on VIDEO and watch a short video featuring Dr. Keller, the formulator of GXL and how it works. When you listen to him you will understand the importance of this in our bodies. He explains it better than I.
I don't have to take B12. I'm taking Equate Calcium Citrate +D, children's complete multivitamin from Wal-Mart and our 2 Max products. I try to get my protein from my meats, mostly fish. Since I was told I need 60-70 grams a day, I break that into 20 gr. each meal and calories around 200. I have oatmeal for breakfast with Hershey's Dark Cocoa powder (5 cal., 2 protein) and add Mother Soy (68 cal., 16 protein).
Some days when I'm too busy to stop and eat, I drink a Protein Slam (100-110 cal., 27 protein) or a canned shake (160 cal., 35 protein). I forget the name of the shake but I buy both of these at GNC the first wk. of each month to save 20%.
If you're looking for something to give you energy, watch out for products containing caffeine or guarana which has 40% more caffeine than coffee!
What is your husband looking for? Weight loss? Energy? Relief from aches and pains?
Max has the answers.
If you need, you can call me 909-1MAX anytime (except when I'm at church).

Julia,

So the MaxGXL is a vitamin supplement or a protein powder? I need some
protein powder. I was buying Relive from someone but the vitamin powder did
not have enough B12 or calcium in it so I still had to take my other
vitamins. Then I had to buy the protein separate and then another for
energy. That was too much buying for me. My husband is looking for
something now. I looked at the website but it only shows one product, is
that right? I know we have talked about this before. (I remember now
talking to you when I picked up the empty water bottles, lol.) It takes
awhile for things to soak into my head, lol.
