I'm not seeing some of these posts... cause I'm confused. I can see
something that says something about buttered toast and D'Ann
responding but I'm not seeing the original post.
I'm 16 months out and have stopped losing. I didn't come anywhere near
my goal. At my yearly appointment they told me that I probably
wouldn't lose anymore and this was probably my natural weight. At the
time I was walking an hour a day 3-6 days a week and exercising with
weights and floor exercises for another hour a day. The clinic people
freaked out and told me I was doing too much. I was feeling great but
wasn't losing any weight doing it. They way the freaked out and the
realization I wasn't losing any weight AND school letting out so I
couldn't walk consistently with my son around and I just gave up
everything. Finally talked to my primary care doctor and he told me to
ignore the clinic and do what felt good to me. He said the clinic was
probably scared I was becoming addicted to the exercise... I can
assure everyone... that will not happen. I hate it! It was a chore for
me to make myself do it every day. He also said I would probably get
bored and taper off what I was doing. Man was he right... When school
starts up again I hope to start walking 4-5 days a week again and as
of today I have started my exercise routine back up. I just have to
make myself realize that this is something I have to do to feel good.
If I never lose another pound (cries) I'll be ok if I just get into shape.
I tried to check out the MAX WLX website, but geez, they want your SS
number just to get information. Not happening. Even if I wanted to buy
it I'm not giving up SS number.
So Julia... explain please :) Ignore the cafe... I canceled my
membership with them after being made to feel bad after a couple
posts. I didn't need that stress.

It's hard when you're feeding kids. Maybe you could take just a pinch off of one. I think one thing that keeps me from snacking is that I'm drinking all the...

After 18 mo. and 15-20 lbs. to goal, I am determined to reach goal. The last 2 mo. are just up and down 1-5 lbs. I've lost the same 20 lbs. 4 times over!...
