Hello Julia...I think everyone is so different. With me next month
will be a year for me since surgery. I started out at 275 and am down
to 157. The thing is in my 3rd month after surgery i was so sick and
didnt know why till i found out i am pregnant. Im in my 8th month now
and i did gain weight to 175 but have dropped to 157. All i know is
that any kind of meat but hamburger i can eat as sloppy joe sauce on
crackers. Ham i can eat thin slice. But i pretty much live on Romaine
noodles..crackers..Spagettio"s and mostly crab meat...But chicken
steak pork i cant stand the taste at all. I can eat some sweet stuff
and cookies and others i cant. But im not even trying to lose i want
to gain and being pregnant isnt doing it.Im havin problems with bby
right now being behind 3 weeks and me not gaining weight. I dont even
exercise since surgery either. But i really need to after the baby
lol. But like i said everyone is different and as for vitamons im
just takin my prenatal ones now but the regular vitamons i had no
problem takin. Maybe u should talk to ur Dr. about your concerns and
good luck to ya....Patty from Nc
