Since I slowed down so much, I decided to try our company's new weight loss accelerator. Thus the fight started on cafe. Anyway, it helped me start losing again and I've lost 5 lbs. and 2 in. each in waist and hips since July 1.
I've heard about others at the support group meetings who reached goal then packed on 25 lbs. or more! I don't want that to happen to me. That's why I watch the scale so closely so it doesn't get out of hand. Don't want those lost lbs. to find their way back & bring friends! LOL!!
