I have wondered about using a diet/weight loss pill.  But wasn’t sure about side effects.

Well, my dr’s appointment went well.  They always make me feel good over there. They said they were putting my pic on their website since I was in that make over in October.    I am at the same weight since my last appointment which is good.  And the doctor looked at my belly and said what I had there was skin and that the only way to get rid of it is a tummy tuck.  I don’t have any rashes from it hanging as of yet but when/if I did maybe my insurance would cover part of that.  I will call them to find out.

Well, I’m off to work at the school carnival tonight.  Let me know what you find out about those pills.

I'm 14 mo. out and I have cravings or sometimes "the munchies".  I usually don't give in cause I remember my nutritionist said I should not get back in the habit of between-meal snacking, or I'll be back where I started.  I waited too long and put too much work into losing the weight to jeopardize it with bad eating habits.  My weight loss has slowed down tremendously but I still want to lose 40 lbs.  I heard there will be a new weight lose pill coming in May that is natural, has 2 patents on it and has been proven to help people lose 2 lbs. per wk. on average and helps build body mass.  I'm seriously considering it to get that last 40 off.  What do you think?
