I am feeling so fat today. I haven't been to get to the gym like I want in
the last couple of weeks and I have a Bariatric appointment today!! OH no!
Don't know what's gonna happen. I really don't want to get on the scales.
I've had a lot of stress at my house, good stuff and bad stuff so I know
that affects my eating habits. I feel so much better when I go to the gym,
esp. since I've been running some lately.
It will be soon that I will be out in the garden. That will keep my mind
off of things.
Does anyone else that is over a year have problems with cravings, munching,
or other problems like this? And what do you do to stop it? I have found
that if I take a couple of days and write down what I am eating, it gets me
back on track. I guess I need to do that.
