HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

I know we are all so very busy this time of year but please remember to take time for yourself this Christmas season.  A great way to do that would be attending the monthly support group meeting....Wednesday, December 19th @ 6:30 PM.  This month we will be meeting in the Health Science building on Edgar Street across from the Deaconess Hospital parking garage.

Attached is also a schedule of meetings for next year...so be sure to mark you calendars!
