Thank you Judy! I feel pretty good as I’m
sure you do too. It is funny, last week I was showing a co-worker a picture of
me with Natalie in the hospital after she was just born. She said “that
is no way you.” I’m saying yes that’s me. I was looking at
Natalie, not even thinking that she had never seen me big, and she was just
amazed at what I looked like in that picture. I guess some days, I still see
me big. But then I am reminded when I run up and down the stairs at my work.
Because, I CAN run up and down the stairs.
Outback did well with me. I ate some of
the blooming onion. I love those things. Then I had the French onion soup, oh
it was so delious. But since I finished it, I could barely touch my chicken.
I can not eat pasta, so you have one up on me Judy. I had the grilled chicken
that was covered in cheese and mushrooms. I took a couple of small bites,
mostly cheese, then took the rest home. I tasted one of my husband green beans
on his plate, oh it was soooo good. I don’t know what they do to them
there, I know they are steamed, but with what, I would like to know.
It was expensive to go there but it was
worth it for us. We took home 3 take out boxes, lol. I ate a little bit of my
chicken later that night. It was really good.
Now, a couple of weeks ago, we went to the
Tumbleweeds. (yes, we eat out too much!) I had the ribs and they were so
good. But then half way through the movie, I had to go throw them up. I only
ate a couple of pieces. Judy, you may be right, it could have been the sauce
being too sweet with sugar, that did that to me. Because the meat was so
tender it just fell off the bone, I wonder if I could get them to not but all
that sauce on it next time. Yes, I said next time. I didn’t however eat
the leftovers from that night, Anthony did! The thought turned my stomach.
I have different places not set well with
me. One is Grandys, ick, I can’t eat the fried chicken, but I can eat
the chicken nuggets in the kids meal or the chicken friend chicken.
Can you tell it’s been over a year
for me? I eat about what I want, but just very small portions. I do stay away
from bread and pasta and rice and of course sugar. I haven’t had a
problem with rice but just don’t need the filler.
I’m trying to get myself back on
track with water. I’ve strayed and drink tea, and diet pepsi too much.

D’Ann and I ran into each other at
Outback last week and she’s looking great! Heh, no one ever would have
suspected you had once been overweight. And I love your haircut… it
really looks good.
