I wanted to have everyone take a quick survey to let us know about
each other. I tend to foget things and need a reminder of who is
who, you know. Also, I wanted to ask everyone if they would invite
someone else to join the group either someone considering, already
going through the process or post surgery, we want everyone at every
level to join.

ALSO, I put a table in the database that everyone can fill in. It
will help those of us with bad memories to know who is who. lol
