I wanted to post some resturants that I know of that will take the gastric surgery card the dotor gives you after have the surgery.  For those of you pre-surgery, it is a blue card that says that you have had gastric surgery and the your stomach holds less than 3 ounces.  And that we request him/her be allowed to purchase a child's portion.  I do know that Golden Correl going out toward USI DID NOT take it,  they just wanted to give me 50 cents off my meal.  So we all left.  But I have found a couple of places that it works at, if you know of any others, please tell me.

 

Los Bravos - let me order a childs meal, but it was still too large for me

Sirlion Stockade - only charged me at a 10 year olds price $5, and acted like they do it all the time, so that's a plus.

 

I know some places we go the kids meals are still too big for me or they are all fried stuff, so I started to just order sides.  One of my families favorite place to eat is Taco Bell, and I have found their pintos and cheese to be a great meal.  It's protein and tastes good.

 

Anyone have thougths on this?
