Does anyone have any recipes that we can have on the gastric bypass
diet?
Or tell me your favorite snack item.

I really like to put low fat Peanut butter on 2 whole wheat crackers,
it really satifies my salty craving and is filling.

As far as a recipe, I like to use a low fat cream of chicken or celery
soup and add mixed veggies and pieces of chicken. Season to taste.
That's a quick and easy way to get chicken and vegatable soup or if
served thicker tastes like chicken pot pie.
