Hi Rayanne, did you try St. Marys Bariatric Center?  They helped me with mine and helped with my insurance.  My insurance paid for most everything of mine.  But my hubby is an employee of St. Marys and we carry their insurance.  BUT you can still try.  Let us know what you find out.
